Ask the Expert

If you love design and have a pretty good understanding of your style, but just need to check in with an expert, this service is for you! This 30-minute session will allow you to show an interior designer your design inspiration and talk through your vision. You'll be able to show your designer the pieces you had in mind, and they'll give you a firm "yes, you're totally on the right track!" or, "that's nearly there - what if you tried this color instead?" You’ll walk away with confidence in your space!

Personalized Design Consultation

Let's say you love the bones of your home. The space is beautiful, functional, and exactly what you want it to be! You're at a great starting point, but maybe you need help picking out the paint colors, artwork, and furniture. Or maybe you know there are some pieces you want to keep, but don't know how to find complementary items. Our designers are here to help!

Before the meeting even starts, we will work to get to know you, your authentic style, and your needs. Then our designers will get to work shopping - sourcing pieces they think you'll love! During the session, you'll be able to collaborate and hone in on your dream selections! You'll walk away from the meeting with a list of recommended purchases, including detailed pricing and all specifications. All you have to do is purchase and install!

White Glove Service

Design isn’t your thing, and that’s okay! You love your home, but it’s time for a single-space-redesign. You’re not looking for anything crazy, like an addition or a full layout remodel. You just want to refresh a bedroom, foyer, or living room! 

We’ll work to get to know you, your authentic style, and your needs. This service is right for you if you’re looking for a little more convenience. You want your designer and Lambert Home install team to come to your home and install your pieces, all you have to do is cover the travel fees.

If you live outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, but want to work with our designers, this is an awesome opportunity to work together! We’ll provide you with everything you need to execute our design plans, and we’ll be available if you have any questions in the meantime. If you’d like our team to install furniture and furnishings, travel fees will be an additional.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What a great question! Regardless of whether you go the virtual or traditional route, you are in great hands! These are some things you can consider that will make this an easy choice for you:

    • You only want to focus on one space (for now!) — Virtual

    • You are not located in the DFW area — Virtual

    • You love to DIY a home project — Virtual

    • You need walls, plumbing, or electrical moved — Traditional

    • You’re looking to refresh your great room (kitchen, dining, living, foyer) all at once — Traditional

    • You need custom cabinetry — Traditional

  • It depends! If you’re truly looking at your living room only, then absolutely! However, a lot of open concept homes muddy these waters.

    Here’s the trick: try to consider your space in “room functions”. Are you just looking at updating your living room area (sofa/sectional, chairs, decor, rug, etc.)? Great, that’s one space! Are you wanting to make sure your living and dining room both get some attention (even if to just make sure they flow well together)? We’re quickly working our way out of the virtual design territory!

  • Before your virtual service, you’re going to have some homework to do! If you’re going with the “Ask the Expert” service, you’ll want to gather photos of your space, your inspiration board, and the specific selections that you want your designer’s opinion on.

    If you’re signing up for the Personalized Design Consultation or White Glove Service, you may have some more work to do before your meeting. You’ll receive a guide for all the measurements and photos your designer needs to get started. Don’t worry, we’re just a phone call away if you have questions throughout the process!

  • Yes, if you would like to DIY paint your space, a designer can absolutely help make the right selection — including color, finish, and application!

  • We want to design all of your rooms! If you’re thinking living room, dining room, foyer, or bedroom, you’re in the perfect position for virtual. Kitchens and bathrooms, which often include construction, are better suited for our traditional services!

  • Our virtual services do not include revisions, as your interior designer will work to understand your space, needs, and style before presenting you with a design plan! You’re going to love your space!

  • No, of course not! We want to design all of your rooms, whether you live in DFW or not. If you want to work with us, but need help figuring out the right path for you, reach out today.
